Eudora 5.X Email Setup

# Before you proceed please make sure that you have already created this 'user' via IntaServes WebMail following the instructions that were emailed to you when your service was set up.

Establishing a new account on Eudora

1. From the Tools menu, choose Personalities.

2. On the left hand side within the management pane the Personalities tab becomes selected. Right click on the word <Dominant> and select properties from the drop down menu.

3. The Properties menu pops up.
Click on the Generic Properties Tab.
Complete the fields as follows:

      Real Name: Your personal name or business name
      Return Address: username@your-domain-name.com
      
      Log in Name: username%your-domain-name.com@your-domain-name.com
      SMTP Server: mail.your-domain-name.com
     
      Example: domain name is express-meals.com.au. Username is John.
      Log in Name is: john%express-meals.com.au@express-meals.com.au
      SMTP Server is: mail.express-meals.com.au

4. Click on the 'Incoming Mail' Tab on the top
      Server is: mail.your-domain-name.com

5. Click OK.
