1. From the Tools menu, choose Personalities.
2. On the left hand side within the management
pane the Personalities tab becomes selected. Right
click on the word <Dominant> and select
properties from the drop down menu. 
3. The Properties menu pops up.
Click on the Generic
Properties Tab.
Complete the fields
as follows:
Real Name: Your personal
name or business name
Return Address: username@your-domain-name.com
Log in Name: username%your-domain-name.com@your-domain-name.com
SMTP Server: mail.your-domain-name.com
Example:
domain name is express-meals.com.au. Username
is John.
Log in Name is: john%express-meals.com.au@express-meals.com.au
SMTP Server is: mail.express-meals.com.au
4. Click on the 'Incoming Mail' Tab on the top
Server is: mail.your-domain-name.com
5. Click OK.
